Where are my old Direct2Drive games?

I have been a Direct2Drive customer for many years, although I haven't paid much attention to it for a while. However, I went to go download an older game (Civilization 3 Complete), to find that Gamefly had bought Direct2Drive. I have activated my Gamefly account, but cannot find Civilization 3. Where did this go?

Any games not showing on your Purchase History should now be present; check your Purchase History on GameFly to verify your list of games. Keys are in the process of populating.   1. Good luck getting your older games none of my showed up I did the same thing went to download a game through the manager and it sent me to gamefly and not one of my games from D2D is available

  2. im having the same problem i want to download shift 2 it shows in my history on the site but not on the client, the site says its ready to download but nothing seems to work, so come on gamefly get your act together please this game is paid for and i want to play it
