Do I have to play the previous Saints Row's first?

Saints Row2 is the best one... Even if you play Saints Row3 you wont really grasp the concept because .... They just did a very poor job on the game. They didn't even use new technologys they were given and it appears they just wanted to have a reason to discontinue the title... So they did a crap job on Saints Row 3... I don't know why they did it like that, because it makes them look bad. No publisher wants anyone that half-comes anything. But check out serious Sam... The new title seems to be usen some cool tech.

the third is good but i have to agree the 1st was good and the 2nd was the best but i like all three :D
