You should play however you want. It's your time and your money so PLAY! Don't worry about labels like noob. Some people like really hard games. I personally don't like it if a game is too hard. Some games are so hard they stop being fun (Dark Souls,Demon Souls, Ninja Gaiden 1 and 2, etc) but they have a strong following. Play it on novice and once you've picked up on the patterns then you can up the difficulty on your next play-through.

  1. Many people would say yes, you are a noob. Well whoever says that has the definition way off! The actual definition is cheating on multiplayer or something else ridiculously stupid. That is a noob!

  2. i don't think so, everyone is different so the level of fun/enjoyment can be raised if the difficulty is lowered. i had fun even on the novice level it just depends on how you approach the game, some like it rough and some just like to play to have a great experience. im not ashamed to say i have played on novice, i found the game less stressful and more enjoyable to do so.
