in the mortal combat game, can you unlock chris and wesker from resident evil 5?

Resident Evil characters have nothing to do with Mortal Kombat. They aren't unlockable characters and they aren't DLC. If you want a fighting game with Chris and Wesker in it, try Mavel vs. Capcom 3. They are characters that you don't even have to unlock.
