Buying a PS3 and asking if a memery stick is needed to save the game or does it save on the console itself??

There is no such thing as a memory card or stick for a ps3. It has a built in save system.

  2. There is a save sytem built in the ps3. but the game instaler data can fill up fast so i recomend an usb
